Hidemaro was a Japanese ukiyo-e printmaker who flourished in the early 19th-century. Pupil of Utamaro, he assisted with the illustrations for the famous book, Picture Book of the Green Houses and Their Ceremonies Throughout the Year, published in 1804. Bibliography: Laurance P.
