LEILA LYONS TO SPEAK TO AMERICAN SOCIETY OF APPRAISERS
June 4, 2009
Members of ASA (American Society of Appraisers) will meet at the Filoli estate June 4th, 2009 for an educational program entitled "California Baron's Collections and Taste". The program will feature Tom Rogers, Curator of Filoli, speaking on the History of the Estate, James Evans, antiquarian, speaking on the Martin Collection of Antique Furniture, Diane Macleod, University of California, speaking on California Women Collectors, and Leila Lyons, antique print appraiser, on Tricks of the Trade: Determining Value & Authenticity.
